Aspartame in pregnancy

Aspartame and autism? Wondering it there's a connection or any studies. I ate a shitload of Lifesavers Orange Mint candies when I was pregnant. Just tried them the other day, wondering if they tasted as wonderful. And they don't. I looked at the ingredients and was surprised to see Aspartame. I didn't do sugar-free on purpose. Not sure how I got onto those stupid mints. Not sure how I gotta onto the smell of gasoline either. But I think that eating a pallet of Lifesavers Orange Mints is probably better than huffing the gas pump all day. However, I will always wonder if anything I did caused these little neuro-tweaks. We may never know. All I know for sure is that it was not vaccines in our case. My kid came out like this. In fact, she was IN there like that. Rolling, rolling, flailing, flailing, nonstop for months. Then came out rigid, arch back, screaming, gagging, choking, and pretty much was like that every day since.

  1. I question everything I did during pregnancy. I had a thing for Cherry Pepsi when I was pregnant with Adrian...oh and Mexican food...who knows. I think all of us moms are always going to question ourselves.
